The J.E.D.I. Lens
A J.E.D.I. Lens is a more comprehensive, focused tool for analysis, decision-making, and organizational transformation. “Justice," “Equity," "Diversity," and "Inclusion" are often used interchangeably in common vernacular. Still, they are frequently not understood entirely in terms of the behaviors and actions related to one’s daily personal and professional life. Approaching diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice as unique concepts and approaches provide a more comprehensive tool focused on intersection.
