What we do

A Custom Approach

Success begins by strengthening people-centered decision-making across an organization's structure, culture, and decision-making. We help you chart this course through a variety of document and data analyses and programmatic offerings.

Tribesy provides a host of services within a flexible, project-based format. These services include (but are not limited to):

  • Organizational Development and Transformation

  • Experiential Sessions, Retreats, Summits, and Seminars

  • Collaboration with Industry and Community-Based Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

  • Organizational Assessments, Audits, and Roadmapping

  • Keynote Events and Public Presentations

  • Human Resources Development

  • Community Engagement

Tribesy specializes in holistic organizational transformation - both culturally and structurally - through the crafting and infusing of a J.E.D.I. (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) Lens. Said lens is a mutually-built understanding of the interaction(s) of systems of oppression as they relate to your organization, industry, and future.

The J.E.D.I. Lens

Tribesy employs a human-centered lens based in values and universal human dignity as the foundation for collaboration, guiding our partners in developing their own framework. The challenge often lies in translating people-centric values and principles into a customized and actionable lens that guides decision-making, shaping policies, implementing practices, measuring progress, and evaluating impact. By uncovering root causes of current outcomes along with opportunities and potential risks, we craft strategic, holistic values-based recommendations that drive meaningful change. This ensures that transformation is not just systemic but also considers the human element, fostering workplaces where all employees can contribute to and benefit from the culture.
