Dr. Jumoke Warritay (she.her. pronouns) is an educator, facilitator, sociologist, and consultant with more than 15 years of experience as a diversity, equity, and inclusion professional. She has partnered with a wide range of academic institutions, international NGOs, and community organizations to support the development of DEI values and implementation of structural and cultural change. Whether conducting assessments, supporting the transformation of policies and norms, coaching leaders, or facilitating dialogues and workshops, Jumoke centers critical thinking, empathy, storytelling, skill building, healing, liberation, and love. She is inspired by Audre Lorde, bell hooks, Arundhati Roy, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Rumi, and Janelle Monáe. Jumoke is committed to building connections across differences and creating a culture of respect and dignity in work, learning, and living environments.
