Focusing on the human in humanity.

TRIBESY pronounced

\ˈtrīb\ a c

As humans, we tend to tribe ourselves into "like groups," which means that eventually those outside them become (either intentionally or by default) the "other." Tribesy understands the ways that individuals have been socialized tends to impact what they consider to be "normal/like us" and "other." In embedding a People-Centered Lens and alignment tool to existing organizational workflows and decision-making, we challenge these norms to connect (or "sync") all tribes. We adopted the name "Tribesy" as a reflective portmanteau of this approach.

What Does Tribesy Do?

Other firms tend to operationalize boiler-plate language to drive toward routine key performance indicators (KPIs). While Tribesy's services do bring greater organizational efficiency and effectiveness to our partners, we broaden our service offerings to uncover and holistically support the human talent and resources unique to each individual partner. It's what we mean by focusing on the "human" in humanity, and we do this through a variety of service offerings:

  • Organizational Development and Strategic Planning

  • Executive Coaching

  • Structural, Cultural, and Community Impact Assessments

  • KPI Development and Industry/Community Benchmarking

  • Operational Business Audits

  • Labor Union Consultation

  • Qualitative & Quantitative Research and Reporting

  • Self-Assessment Tools and Dashboards

  • Experiential Learning and Training Sessions

  • Change/Project Management

  • Focus Group, Interview, and Dialogue/Listening Session Facilitation

  • Employee Resource Groups (ERG) Development and Support

  • Community Outreach and Engagement

Tribesy Value Statement

We regularly receive inquiries from clients seeking advice on how to navigate the issuance of statements regarding domestic and international human atrocities. Click below to access our publicly available resources that can help you acknowledge atrocities and their effects from a more human perspective.

The practical result of this work is that with these new approaches, we have made key decisions that will benefit Black, Indigenous, and Students of Color more than ever before.
