CO-FOUNDER

Gail has 29 years of hands-on experience in racial and social justice, with extensive skills in managing complex change and community building. She facilitates and consults on many topics, including but not limited to: equity, diversity, inclusion, anti-racism, bias, progressive dialogues on race, generational theory, woman’s movement, immigration, whiteness, leadership development, socio-economic justice, conflict mediation, LGBTQ+ community issues, social identity, privilege, human and civil rights, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Gail has consulted with a variety of organizations involved in environmental change, housing, healthcare, arts, sciences, public and private education, local governments and agencies, student activities, religious activities, labor unions, and business, helping them in the creation of tools, training, and experiential learning to create cultural shifts in equity, diversity, and inclusion.
