Focusing on the human in humanity.

TRIBESY pronounced

\ˈtrīb\ a c

As humans, we tend to tribe ourselves into "like groups," which means that those outside our group(s) become the "other." Tribesy understands how individuals have been socialized impacts what they consider to be "normal/like us" and "other." Therefore, we sync and connect tribes by embedding a DEI Lens and litmus test, challenging the norms.
